Whether you’re looking to start a goal, finish one out, or meet a milestone somewhere in the middle, you deserve a little treat. Heck, even if you do none of those, I still support it.

As a proud subscriber to little treat culture (AKA treating yourself), I’ve compiled the lists below to reflect my own favorite treats according to what part of me needs it most.

A little background on me and why this post: I’ve always defaults to food as a reward or consolation, even when I didn’t want it. In my mind, cupcakes, chips and queso, and a large soda were the answers to all of life’s problems.

Sometimes this was true. But, other times, it left me feeling way worse.

Full disclosure, I am on a weight loss journey. I don’t actually care if the number on the scale ever changes, but the numbers are a helpful tracking tool for now. If my weight does not move and/or I’m not trending towards healthier (better mood, more energy, greater strength, less pain), I will choose a different way to track milestones.
