I’m a residency-trained, board-certified, orthopedic physical therapist with mental wellness and health equity at the center of my practice. Through this blog, I provide an unfiltered view to life as a Muslim Pakistani PT navigating her own mental health journey. I write about fitness, lifestyle, and more.

I also want to serve as representation, to show you that if I can do it, you can, too.
